Plesiadapis rex ist der Name eines ausgestorbenen Primaten aus der Familie Plesiadapidae (Klade Euprimateformes), der im mittleren bis späten Paläozän in Nordamerika verbreitet war.
Das Typusexemplar (U.S.N.M. no. 9838) ist ein einzelner Molar. Der Fund stammt aus der Fort Union Formation (Sweetgrass County, Montana) und ist zwischen 60,2 und 56,8 Millionen Jahre alt.
Der kleine, baumlebende Pflanzenfresser war etwa 1,15 kg schwer, wie seine Zahnmorphologie verrät.
